Important Information
Delivery
All of our items are shipped via a Standard method of Delivery. The carrier may vary depending on the time of year.
Some of our items are ready to ship, other items that require custom work will take slightly longer but all times will be communicated to you prior to ordering.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before making a purchase, once your item is in the delivery system we are unable to make any changes to the address. We are unable to take any responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Usually items arrive within 5 working days of them being dispatched. This can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day adverse weather and Strike Action etc. We advise that in some cases items can take up to 10 working days.
If you have any issues with the delivery of your order please don't hesitate to contact us quoting your order number in any communication.
Refunds & Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact us if you wish to return your item and another 14 days to send the item back. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Any loss in value will be deducted from any refund due. Non faulty returns will be at the buyers cost. We suggest sending via a tracked method as we are unable to refund any items lost in the post or damaged in transit back to us.
We are unable to accept any returns for custom and made to measure orders unless faulty.
